In an era of knowledge economy,students are required not only to master static knowledge but also to learn methods and tools for learning.Curriculum reforms have been carried out by our country.And it is obvious that the demands on teachers and students have increased.As far as teachers are concerned,teachers are required to be able to use reasonable teaching tools for teaching as well as guide and train students' thinking ability,inquiry ability,ability to find and solve problems.The latest Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Primary school treats the work of training students to use mathematics thinking to solve practical problems and to carry out the knowledge construction process as their basic concept.It can be seen from this that the curriculum reforms on the one hand requires the cultivation of students' knowledge-building abilities,and on the other hand,develops students' abilities and qualities in all aspects.The biggest problem for learners in the process of knowledge construction is how to transfer the learned knowledge effectively,how to integrate the large and complex knowledge,thus establish the relationship between knowledge.How can we find an effective learning method to help learners to learn effectively? As a learning tool for visualizing and structuring forms of knowledge,knowledge maps can effectively establish links between knowledge points.Besides,it also can enable learners to build up completed knowledge structures,aggregate knowledge,which can help learners form a structured knowledge point and construct the new knowledge system.Therefore,the study uses knowledge maps to solve problems in the process of pupils' knowledge construction,and uses knowledge maps to promote knowledge construction.The research object chosen in this paper is two classes in the fifth grade of Jiaotong University,Lanzhou,Gansu Province.The data generated during the experiment is collected: the knowledge map artwork and test scores drawn by the learner.The test results involved are as follows: Interim and final exam results and unit test scores for each unit.Through the comparative analysis of the results,it is used to measure the degree of students' use of knowledge maps to promote the improvement of knowledge construction.Finally,using SPSS and EXCLE software and other software to compare and analyze the results,thus verifying the role of knowledge maps in knowledge construction.The study has gone through three stages,namely: the research phase of the relationship between knowledge maps and knowledge construction,the theoretical model construction of knowledge maps to promote knowledge construction,and the experimental research phase of knowledge maps to promote primary mathematics knowledge construction.1.The main work in the first stage that refers to the research phase of the relationship between knowledge maps and knowledge construction is to sort out the current status,connotation,representation,approach and mechanism and the influencing factors of knowledge construction.Moreover,the current status,connotation,characteristics,and functions of knowledge maps are also been teased out.On this basis,the relationship between knowledge construction and knowledge maps can be found from the perspectives of brain science,cognitive psychology,contemporary educational psychology as well as their characteristics.2.The research stage of theoretical model of the construction of knowledge map to promote knowledge building first tries to explore the difficulties during the knowledge construction from the perspective of knowledge,including the declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge.Then tries to discuss how to effectively apply the knowledge map to solve the difficulties in the knowledge construction,and as the base to construct model,teasing out the typical knowledge construction of the model,and then building a model in this paper,which is based on the knowledge map to promote knowledge construction.3.The experimental research phase of knowledge maps to promote primary mathematics knowledge construction mainly verify the effectiveness of the research hypothesis by implementing experiment,using the established models to design and implement experiments,collecting and analyzing the data.In addition,the paper verify the proposed model through the knowledge map to promote the construction of knowledge effectively.
