In recent years,China has always put education in the priority position.With the continuous improvement of China's financial investment in education,China's education,especially the compulsory education has been greatly improved.However,preschool education,as the preparatory stage of compulsory education,is an organic part of our education system.Compared with other education levels,preschool education has relatively insufficient financial investment and relatively slow development.The kindergartens used to be built mainly by the government and since the reform of government education system,kindergartens built by sociology have been more than kindergartens built by government.The preschool education's socialization,to a certain extent,solves the funding problem,but because of limits of the economic level and policy orientation,area difference of preschool education is too large,including excessive fees,uneven quality and a series of problems,which some problems can be largely dependent on our financial investment the government's solution.But because that the current Chinese government's financial investment in preschool education is lack of effective and unified management,there are some problems in preschool education in China,including lack of financial investment,unreasonable proportion of financial input and imbalance of financial input,which restricts the development of preschool education in China.This paper starting from the product attributes of preschool education,based on the change and development of the preschool education policy analysis in China for many years on the Chinese government to try to explore in the presence of financial investment in preschool education in the problems,and attempts to explore preschool education by improving government financial input,adjust the investment structure,improve the allocation of financial resources,strengthen the supervision and management of financial funds and a series of measures to improve the effectiveness of China's pre-school education financial investment.This article includes 5 parts.The first part mainly includes the purpose and background of the study,the overview of relevant domestic and foreign literature,as well as the research ideas and research routes of this paper.The second part discusses the necessity and feasibility of government investment in preschool education from the perspective of public goods theory,educational cost sharing theory and public choicetheory.The third part mainly through the main course of the development of preschool education in China and policy change government attempts to explore existing in China's financial investment in preschool education.In the fourth part The fourth part,based on the analysis of the specific data of 31 provinces and cities in China,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of China's financial input on the development of preschool education in China.The fifth part,based on the above conclusions and combined with the reality of China's development,attempts to explore effective ways to improve the financial investment of preschool education in China.
