Abstract/Summary:
The investigation of incentive factors of the coaches of the national key high-level sports reserve talent base is a basic work under the need to continuously improve the coaches’ incentive mechanism.In this study,through the preparation of national key high-level sports reserve base coaches incentive factors survey questionnaire,to understand Hubei Province national key high-level sports reserve base coaches there are incentives and how to use these incentives.First,consult the literature related to motivational factors and master the study of motivational factors.Secondly,through semi-structured interviews,we obtained relevant data on incentive factors of the coaches of the national key high-level sports reserve base in Hubei Province.After sorting and sorting,Delphi method was used to form a national key high-level sports reserve talent base on the basis of expert evaluation.Coaches motivating factors questionnaire,followed by questionnaires,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS 17.0 for effective questionnaires project discrimination analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and reliability and validity analysis,and ultimately determine the dimensions of the questionnaire and structure.Based on this,using the formal questionnaire formed to investigate the incentive factors of the national key high-level sports reserve base coaches,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The questionnaire compiled by the National Key High-level Reserve Talents Base Coaches Motivation Factors questionnaire has a good fit index and can be used as a measurement tool for coaches’ motivating factors in the national key high-level reserve talent base.(2)The motivational factors of the coaches in the national key high-level reserve talents base in Hubei Province showed a balanced trend.(3)Motivation factors of the coaches of the national key high-level reserve talents base in Hubei Province.Structure characteristics of the coaches:The number of temporary coaches in personal growth and development is higher than that of the coaches;Married coaches are highly valued in the pay and benefits.For unmarried coaches,the older the coaches are,the more they care about the pay and benefits.The younger the coaches,the more they care about personal growth and development.The higher the academic level of coaches,the more they value personal growth and development.The lower the coach’s job title,the more Cares about personal growth and development.Based on this,put forward the "material incentives" and "spiritual incentives"two-wheel drive;establish a "doing high school" training philosophy,pay attention to flexibility;rich distribution of pay and benefits,pay attention to differentiation;improve the supervision mechanism,develop a sense of crisis and other countermeasures to promote coaching The enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the staff provide reference and basis for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the country’ s national key high-level sports reserve talent base in the country.
