Research On The Construction Of Physical Fitness Route In Jingshan County,Hubei Province

The national fitness project has important practical significance for the development of rural fitness projects.It is a milestone in promoting rural cultural progress and an indispensable link in promoting the development of sports.In 2017,the National Fitness Project in Jingshan County will fully implement the pilot work of the demonstration area of public sports service system in Hubei Province.Under this background,it is extremely important to study the development of rural public sports by focusing on the sports fitness path around Jingshan County Significance.This paper focuses on the construction of physical fitness path in Jingshan County,explores the situation of fitness path construction in rural areas of Hubei Province,finds out problems and analyzes the reasons,and draws corresponding countermeasures and solutions to ensure the smooth development of the fitness path in Jingshan County.Through the investigation and study,we found that there are several major problems in the construction of sports fitness trails in Jingshan County:the overall number is insufficient,the distribution is not balanced,management is not in place,maintenance is not timely,capital investment is relatively insufficient,investment methods are relatively single,and there is no national fitness route to guide the crowd Wait.The corresponding countermeasures have been proposed for the above problems:1.In terms of quality,from the procurement to the quality of the post-sale link must be strict requirements,to regularly check the use of equipment,especially the existence of safety hazards equipment,to be handled in a timely manner.2.The layout should be based on people-oriented,proceed from the interests of exercisers,put their interests in the first place,and more scientific layout of the site.In the site selection,as far as possible to make the configuration location and the surrounding environment,can lead the villagers to choose the site.3.In terms of capital investment,it actively explores sources of funds from various sources and raises funds for sports to facilitate the development of a nationwide fitness path.4.The sports department guides villagers to publicize their fitness knowledge and enhances their awareness of physical fitness.It regularly disseminates relevant knowledge about fitness so that exercisers can deeply understand and master scientific exercise methods,which will help improve physical exercise efficiency and reduce safety.The accident occurred.5.Management should improve the organizational structure of sports management and build a mass sports cultural organization.For professional technical instructors,form a scientific training system,confirm their status,provide competitive compensation,and prevent the loss of talent.
