With the arrival of the big data and the Internet age,functions as an important tool for analyzing data are the basis for establishing mathematical models and are increasingly valued by the education community.At the same time,high school is also a critical period for students' mathematical thinking.Therefore,based on the APOS theory,this paper investigates and studies the concept understanding and learning disabilities of the first grade students,and makes a difference analysis of the different levels of function concept understanding.Finally,according to the research conclusions and combining classroom teaching practice,some teaching improvement measures are proposed.There are five chapters in this research.The first chapter mainly based on literature analysis,to introduce the background of the study,discuss the implications of the study and put forward the specific issues of the study.The second chapter is the literature review,through the review of the literature on functional concept understanding at home and abroad,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,defines the relevant core concepts and introduces the APOS theory to be based on this study.The third chapter is about the design and implementation of the test.Understand the four-phase test questions according to the concept of APOS theory design function,and to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter is about the test results and analysis.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,using SPSS and Excel software for data processing,and significant differences in independent sample analysis.The results show that most students perform poorly in the object and scheme phases and cannot correctly internalize and construct functional concepts.Gender differences are significant in the four phases of function concept understanding;Class differences are significant in the process phase,the object phase and the scheme phase;Differences in teaching methods are significant in the scheme phase.Chapter V is the conclusion and looking forward.Through the analysis of the data in the fourth chapter,the students' understanding of the function concept is obtained.According to the status quo,related teaching suggestions are proposed,as well as the shortcomings and prospects of this study.
