The new curriculum reform has been going through for more than 10 years.However,a number of schools still suffer from the disagreement between the teaching and the national curriculum standards.And another serious problem is that the learning targets are still existing in name only.This paper holds the opinion that“Teaching-Leaming-Assessment Alignment”is the key to solve the current teaching problem and the theoretical basis of standards-based teaching.The research of“Teaching-Learning-Assessment Alignment”-based geography teaching in senior high school focuses on solving the problem of low efficiency in reality.This paper first elaborates the current lack of "consistency" in the teaching:the disagreement between learning targets and curriculum standards;the disagreement between teaching and learning and the disagreement between teaching,learning and assessment.classroom evaluation and teaching,learning inconsistent.In addition,in order to achieve“Teaching-Learning-Assessment Alignment”,this paper designs the learning targets,the assessment,the observation scale and teaching reflection.Combining with the teaching practice,this paper explores the design of the new geography teaching,the geography exercise in senior high school and the regional geography review class in senior high school Grade 2.According to the nature of the geography course in the high school,this paper explores the process of teaching design based on“Teaching-Learning-Assessment Alignment”:design the learning targets according to the curriculum standards;design the assessment task according to the learning targets;design teaching activities according to the learning targets and the assessment task;analysis and discuss the class according to observation scales;give the teaching reflection according to the discuss and research results.
