Globalization of world economy,uneven distribution of population and imbalance of economic development are the three important factors respectively that cause the international flow of labor force.As a few developed countries in Asia,Japan has entered the "aging" and "less offspring" society,making that the contradiction between the rapid development of productivity and an increasing shortage of labor more and more prominent,and thus the Japanese Skilled Intern System came into being.While,as a world populous country,labor export is an important part of China's foreign trade,and the advantage of geographical location and population quantity make our country become the largest source of foreign labor for Japan.The social network theory holds that the individual in social life is embedded in the social network,which is bound to affect the individual's economic action,including job-hunting.Similarly,the export of labor service as a kind of employment form,was inevitable to be affected by the social relations network.Taking the group of trainees to Japan as the object of study,using the case study method and proceeding from the perspective of social relation network,this paper analyzed primarily how to use the relationship network of the Japanese trainees to enter the Japanese labor market successfully.And by analyzing the similarities and differences between the domestic job search and the transnational work relationship network,this study further analyzed the maintenance and reconstruction of personal relationship network of trainees in exotic life.Along with the logic chain of how to use the relational network,this paper discusses the dynamic development process ranging from the mobilization of relations before going abroad,to the maintenance and strengthening of the primary relationship and the construction of new relationship in Japan.Due to the particularity of the location of the research object space,that many trainees having not yet returned,the choice of the interview object is limited,and thus fourteen trainees from Shandong Province were interviewed in depth in this paper,by the way of "Purposive Sampling" and "Snowball Sampling".Interviews showed that the decision going abroad of trainees was affected by "Local Social Network" imperceptible influence.In the process of looking for a reliable intermediary,choosing the right list,and preparing interview content,the interviewee frequently mentioned the "Information network" but the "Human network" played a pivotal role in the success of the interview,and both of them improved the success rate of transnational workers;Compared with the domestic job search,the use of the social network of transnational workers shows the common character of that the strong relationship first,the weak relation second,while the local.relation presents the properties that,such as,the scope is limited,and the effect.of strong relation is indirect,and the business relationship is deficient,and the relationship has a lasting effect.As the construction of the relationship among the trainees in Japan is inclined to the unity of the ethnic groups,they prefer to establish a relationship with their own rather than foreigners.Family relationship becomes the main emotional support for the trainees in Japan,while the business relationship is particularly important in the construction of new relationship.
