Socialized Research On Social Security Management Of Retirees In Suzhou

With an accelerated rate of population aging in China,The aged population in Suzhou has been expanding,accounting for over 25% of the city population for the first time in history.Although the whole society has made rapid progress in the socialization management of retirees,there are still outstanding problems,such as an underdeveloped management system and the lack of comprehensive social security programs.Therefore,it is urgent to promote and improve on the socialization management of retirees.This paper firstly provides a systematic illustration on the status quo of the socialization management of enterprise retirees in Suzhou.By applying theories in social management of enterprise retirees and surveying on social management staff and retirees,the paper presents an overall analysis on the existing issues in the system,the awareness,and the funding of socialization management.Finally,the paper proposes several strategies for improvement,including establishing a targeted management system with a retiree data base,introducing a long-term management mechanism and innovative management model and measures,and exploring new sources for socialization management funding.
