Folk culture is an important form of people's life style and value reaction,which concentrates the wisdom and life of the people.Folk sports games are the living habits created and Shared by the masses and also an important way of cultural inheritance.During the great revival of Chinese culture,it is of great significance to integrate folk sports games into kindergarten curriculum.Young children enlightenment is to accept new things,to convert folk culture to children acceptable way,guide,or to the game with a story and so on can be fun,not only can make the child in the game entertainment exercise,can also learn imperceptible and inheritance of Chinese traditional folk culture.The main contents of this study are the following three aspects: First:Incorporating folk sports games into children's and children's physical education courses.Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the data of various physical fitness indicators of experimental infants and young children in the control group are analyzed to determine the folk sports.Whether the game has a promoting effect on the physical quality of young children;secondly,questions about the children's issues related to folk culture should be asked and recorded before the course starts.After the course started,the children's classroom questions and answers were recorded and analyzed,and the children's learning results and understanding of folk culture were analyzed.Third: Xinhua Kindergarten case studies,for example,investigated parents and teachers' knowledge of folk sports games and the current folk customs.The status and existing problems in the development of sports games,and put forward reasonable suggestions for related issues.In addition,interviews were conducted with relevant experts and teachers with early childhood education to provide scientific support for article research.To protect and pass on Chinese culture,it is a very effective way to start from a doll.Allowing children to have more contact with folk sports games can improve children's physical and mental health.On the one hand,they can develop physical fitness.On the other hand,they can engage and learn the sports games that combine the folk culture with the children,so that they can broaden their horizons and understand traditional Chinese culture.Children play more and enjoy more knowledge.The experimental results show that:after the end of the experiment,all the physical data of the experimental group have very significant differences(P <0.01);the experimental group compared with the control group,the seat body forward flexion data has a very significant difference(P <0.01);Tennis throw-off data has significant differences(P <0.05);10 meters back run,standing long jump,two feet continuous jump and other data have marginal differences(P = 0.08/P = 0.09/P = 0.06);take balance wood data No difference(P>0.05).Experimental conclusion:Folk sports games have a significant role in promoting children's flexibility and strength;they have a certain role in promoting children's speed,endurance,and agility,but they are not particularly obvious;they have no effect on the balance of young children..At the end of the experimental course,the children of the experimental group of Xinhua Kindergarten had a certain understanding and understanding of the folk culture of folk sports.Xinhua Kindergarten case analysis concluded that Xinhua Kindergarten's current folk sports games are currently underdeveloped,with limited site resources,lack of professional qualities of teachers,and a single use,lacking school-based textbooks;parents and teachers of Xinhua Kindergarten have a certain understanding of folk sports games.Understand and agree with the attitude of integrating folk sports games into children's physical education curriculum.
