The rapid development of cloud computing,mobile network,Internet of things and other new generation IT technologies has promoted the wide application of big data,and we have gradually entered the DT era from the early IT era.Under the call of a series of national policies such as "education informatization,providing personalized learning conditions",and in line with the future development trend of "combination of data and education",in order to meet the needs of the era of professional and skilled personnel training,based on the perspective of data-driven,this paper makes full use of education data to optimize the personalized learning environment,provide personalized services for teaching,and improve learning effect.By summarizing the existing literature,this paper has a deep understanding of the definition and theoretical research of data-driven and personalized learning environment construction,which provides a theoretical basis for further research.According to the current situation of the research,combined with the teaching practice of our school,under the guidance of context learning theory,based on the data-driven perspective,the construction and application of personalized learning environment are studied.The construction of personalized learning environment mainly studies the module design of superstar learning space and the development and design of Turing robot assisted question answering system,as well as the in-depth application of the two by using data,so as to maximize the use of teaching resources and create a dynamic and complete personalized learning environment for students.And this environment is applied to the teaching practice of web design course in secondary vocational school.By collecting and analyzing the education data of each link in the actual teaching,it can serve the personalized learning.Finally,through the comparison of pre-test and post test of learning achievement between the experimental class and the control class,the questionnaire survey of learning experience and the interview record of learning experience in the experimental class,the empirical study of teaching effect is carried out.According to the empirical data research and analysis,the results show that based on the data-driven perspective,using the superstar learning platform,combined with Turing robot assisted teaching,the personalized learning environment for students can effectively promote the improvement of students' learning effect.Through this study,we can truly implement individualized teaching,effectively complete the teaching task,and also provide reference for personalized learning related research work.The innovations of this study are as follows: first,from the perspective of data-driven,use data to carry out in-depth learning situation analysis and learning process analysis,optimize the reasonable construction of personalized learning environment,serve personalized learning,and achieve the optimization of learning effect;second,carry out the secondary development of Turing robot,provide personalized auxiliary question answering system for teaching,and let artificial intelligence assist teaching integrate Third,with the help of Web Design Course Teaching in secondary vocational school,empirical research demonstrates that personalized learning environment has significant advantages in improving teaching effect.
