| "The guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)" clearly points out that "teachers should act as supporters,collaborators and guides of preschool learning activities;teachers should be based on the experience and interest of the child and pay attention to the actual needs of the children.They should adjust the presupposition plan at the right time,and provide appropriate guidance".This study,taking class Z as an example,investigates the status quo of curriculum enactment of kindergarten teachers at the class level and analyzes the influencing factors.First of all,this study used observation method to investigate the status of curriculum enactment of class Z.I observed the daily activities of the class,collecting the case of curriculum enactment,in life activities,game activities,collective teaching activities,and revealed the status quo of Z class in three kinds of activities.And analyze the concrete performance of curriculum enactment form the activity goal,the activity content,the activity implementation and activity evaluation.Finally,analyze and summarize how to perform the general characteristics of curriculum enactment.Second,I interviewed two teachers from the class.Understanding the background and causes of curriculum enactment in the course of the whole course operation,such as goal setting,content selection,organization implementation and evaluation.And then analyze the influencing factors of the teachers.This study finds the following results:1.The class is the most creative in the game,and the enactment is less in the collective teaching activities,and the enactment of life in the activities is the least.Among them,game activities and life activities are created most at the level of organization and implementation,and collective teaching activities are created at the content level at the most;Life activities,game activities and collective teaching activities have not been created at the evaluation level.The concrete performance of enactment in life activities:Understand the interests,needs and development of children,and develop targeted activities accordingly.Be good at observing and discovering problems encountered by children in life and transform them into suitable activities.Cleverly making use of educational opportunities in life to promote children’s experience growth.The concrete performance of enactment in game activities:Develop challenging and feasible goals for games based on children’s interests,needs and level of development.Choose the content of game activities based on children’s interests,needs and problems encountered in the development process.According to the situation of children’s games,we should intervene and guide them in order to guide them to play higher level games.The concrete performance of the enactment in the collective teaching activities:According to the interest,needs and development level of children,make suitable teaching objectives.Choose the content of teaching activities based on the frequently encountered or interesting problems of children.Adjust the teaching process according to children’s problems and specific situations in their activities.2.The factors that affect the teacher’s course enactment are as follows:The system unreasonably compresses the teacher’s enactment space;The atmosphere of the garden does not encourage the initiative to create an impact on the enactment of teachers;The workload is too large,and teachers do not have time to create life;The one-sided understanding of curriculum leads to the creation of curriculum only in the implementation process;Low professional identity,lack of initiative and consciousness in curriculum creation;Curriculum creation ability is not strong,resulting in the effect of curriculum creation needs to be improved.In view of the conclusions of the study,on the one hand,according to the existing problems and specific performance in each kind of activities,there are pertinent suggestions.On the other hand,we put forward some suggestions on the impact of the Q garden on the Z class.At the same time,in view of the shortcomings,the researchers put forward the problems to be further studied. |
