Research On The Path Of SFBT Interfering With The Psychological Problems Of Impoverished College Students

In recent years,the vicious events of impoverished college students show that the traditional student management mode of colleges and universities has not been able to face various psychological and behavioral problems caused by the factors such as family background,social intercourse and development demand.Through the analysis of literature and practice cases,this study found that the focus on short-term treatment(Solution-focused Brief Therapy,SFBT)model is very effective in coping with the psychological problems of impoverished college students.From the perspective of this theory,the psychological problems of poor college students,such as inferiority,anxiety,pessimism and autism,have their own subjective and objective reasons.Therefore,this study uses the general pattern of case work to intervene in a typical case by SFBT method,and explores the practical path to solve the problem through the comparison of the observation before and after.First,through the self statement of the owner and the observation of the social workers,the author finds that the poor students of the University show the psychological problems of self abasement,anxiety,pessimism and autism,and the social support network is invalid.The case owner needs social workers to help him find the prescription to overcome the psychological problems and help him to reestablish an effective social support network.Secondly,in different stages of SFBT in-depth interview,social workers guide the owners through the SFBT professional inquiry technology such as the exception inquiry,response to inquiry and EARS inquiry,and dig the hidden resources of the owners in depth in order to obtain the best resources and the best solution.Finally,the author makes a comprehensive evaluation of the case owner and finds that the psychological problems of the owner have been relieved,the interpersonal relationship has been improved,and the mental state and activity of the participants have been greatly changed.Through the analysis of this case,this study thinks that the SFBT method to intervene the psychological problems of impoverished college students should focus on the initiative of the College poor students 'self change,explore the resources for them,give positive energy and pay attention to the domino effect of change.
