The reform and development of education puts forward higher requirements on the professional qualities of teachers.Only by seeking collaboration and collision among teachers can solve the problems of development.Teaching and Research group,as the smallest and the most basic teaching and research organization that teachers face directly at the school,can come true teachers' individual and group development in an open conversation if they can develop good teacher collaboration and gather the collective wisdom of the teachers.However,the construction of Teaching and Research group is far from satisfactory,and the collaboration among teachers is a problem.This study takes the language Teaching and Research group in X primary school as the research object,through the eXploration of the teacher collaboration activities conducted by them,and collects relevant information of their collaboration practices through observation,interviews,etc.,deepens the field of teacher collaboration,truly records the collaboration process,and presents the current collaboration status of language teachers in X primary school.And this study focuses on the effects of forms and content of teacher collaboration practice and collaboration on the professional development of teachers,analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the process of teacher collaboration,and proposes strategies for improving these real problems.Through in-depth observations and interviews with X primary school,the author studied the organizational structure of the language Teaching and Research group of the school,the goals of teacher collaboration,the main activities of teacher collaboration,and the effectiveness of teacher collaboration.The author learned about the actual situation of their teacher collaboration and focused on the analysis of five forms of teacher collaboration under Teaching and Research group.Five forms:master-apprentice pairs,listening and speaking,sharing of report classes,group preparation,and research projects.The study found that the problems of teacher collaboration in the activities of the language Teaching and Research group in X primary school mainly include:lack of a good cultural atmosphere in teacher collaboration;lack of effective institutional management in teacher collaboration;lack of clear common goals in teacher collaboration;and teacher collaboration in surface and formalization;individual collaboration ability of teachers needs to be improved.In view of the above issues,the study explored the causes of the problems from four aspects:teacher culture,school system,teaching and research group organization,individual teachers and their peers.In response to the problems and influencing factors of teacher collaboration,the following three strategies are proposed:Schools should strengthen the construction of teacher collaboration culture,improve the teacher collaboration management system,and establish evaluation mechanism for teacher collaboration;Teaching and Research group should establish a common vision of teacher teacher collaboration,pay attention to the actual needs of teachers' collaboration and optimize the methods of teacher collaboration within the group;Teachers individually should establish an independent professional development concept,form correct collaboration awareness,and enhance the ability to participate in collaboration.
