Collaboration among teachers is one of the important ways for teachers to learn from each other. It directly affects school's teaching and management. So it plays a crucial role among the school's whole work. Under the new curriculum reform of elementary education, teachers' collaboration in teaching and research is necessary for the whole group of teachers' development. But, because of all kinds of reasons, the teachers' teaching and research of many schools couldn't achieve the expectation, which prevents the development teachers and the improvement of school's teaching level. So this thesis is devoted to the case study of middle school teachers' collaboration in teaching and research. Multiple methods of data collection, including questionnaire, interview and collecting documents, are adopted in this case study. Then, the author analyses the teachers' collaboration from the perspectives of consciousness, system and effect. And the strategy is about meaningful systems to support teacher research, criterion and the school civilization. According to the case study, the author hopes that it will provide some useful suggestions for the teachers' collaboration in teaching and research and ensure the school's healthy and hannonious development.
