Study Of The System For Evaluating The Quality Of Microlectures On Biological Experiments At The High School

With the further development of the modernization of education,the microlecture has been paid attention and applied.However,the evaluation system of the quality of the microlecture,which is for the daily teaching and can be applied to the specific subject,is relatively rare.This may lead to the chaos of the quality of the microlecture.Based on this,this research aims at the construction of the evaluation system for the microlecture on the high school biological experiments,which can provide some reference for the production and evaluation of this kind of microlecture.The process of construction follows the basic path containing the initial construction,the correction of indices,the determination of weights and the application test.Firstly,by the analysis of the domestic and foreign similar researches,high school biology teacher interviews,high school biological experiments and their teaching characteristics,microlecture event and non-event indices,we sum up the quality pursuits of the microlecture on high school biological experiments,the construction principles of their evaluation system as well as its four construction dimensions including scientific,normative,technology and application,so as to construct the evaluation system of the microlecture on high school biological experiments preliminarily.Secondly,we use Delphi Technique to add and delete indices three times,modify the naming and attribution of the index,strengthen logical and discipline characteristics,reset some second level indices according to the experimental type,so as to form the final indices of the evaluation system of microlecture on high school biological experiments.Then by using analytic hierarchy process and the software named Yaahp and following the procedure containing the formulation of the questionnaires about weight coefficient,the weight calculation of every index in level one and two,consistency test and correction,making group decision as well as percentile score conversion,we determine the weight of each index,form the evaluation system of microlecture on high school biological experiments which can be used in the practical application.Finally,we apply it to filter 2 microlectures about the experiment named observe the separation and recovery of onion epidermal cytoplasm and cell wall as test sample from the microlecture network of Zhejiang Province,according to the teaching objectives of this experiment,make the test paper and do it,analyze the difficulty,discrimination and reliability,combine out the pretest and posttest papers whose degree of difficulty and discrimination are similar and them as well as reliability are up to par and structural validity are good.Do it and make the five aspects of comparison of the 2 experimental classes and 1 blank control class,which includes the D-values of full mark rate,excellent rate,flunk rate,zero rate and average.The comparison proves that there is a positive correlation between the promotion effect of review and the score of the microlecture,which confirms the application effect of the evaluation system.Above results show three things.First,the quality standard of microlecture on high school biological experiments includes typical and concise experimental subjects,scientific and clear instruction objectives,perfect and vivid instruction design as well as that the experimental process is in accordance with the characteristics of experimental type,teaching resources are complete and effective,and the work presentation meets the requirements.There are differences in the importance of each standard.Second,the Delphi Technique and AHP are effective to construct the evaluation system,and the processes of application exist point of attention.Third,there are four points of attention in the application of the quality evaluation system of the microlecture on the high school biological experiments.Therefore,the quality evaluation system of microlecture on the high school biological experiments includes indices,scores,expressions and application instructions.It is expected that experts and other researchers perfect and update this evaluation system.
