In February 2019,The General Office of the State Council,PRC issued "China's Education Modernization 2035",which is proposeed to promote education modernization by education informatization.Nowadays,microlecture has become an important carrier to promote educational information in middle school education.The evaluation of microlecture and the construction of microlecture evaluation scale plays a leading role in guiding the construction of microlecture and improving the quality of microlecture.The construction of microlecture evaluation scale for different subjects in middle schools according to the characteristics of different subjects could provide references for the evaluation and production of microlecture.In this study,we used the methods of literature research in order to compare the characteristics of microlecture and the existing microlecture evaluation research as well as the scoring standards of microlecture competition.Allowing with the characteristics of middle school biology and the requirements of "Biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High School",the evaluation scale suitable for middle school biology microlecture is preliminarily formulated.Questionnaire survey method was adopted,and expert opinions were combined to revise and perfect the scale,calculate the weight,and construct the evaluation scale.The empirical research method and case study method were adopted to evaluate the microlecture and test the applicability of the scale.Taking the "passive transportation" microlecture as an example,this case is presented to find out the shortcomings of microlecture with the help of the descriptive indicators of the scale,and then further design microlecture cases based on the scale,so as to provide reference standards and directions for the improvement of microlecture based on the type of new lesson.The main results of this study are as follows:1)The microlecture evaluation scale of biology based on new lesson in high school was constructedDetermine the evaluation indexes of the microlecture evaluation scale in high school biology,including 6 first-level indexes of topic design,teaching goal,teaching content,teaching method,work specification and teaching effect,11 second-level indexes and the corresponding indicator description;According to the formula in the expert ranking method,the weight of each index was calculated,and this microlecture evaluation scale was constructed.Among them,the weights of first-level indicators are:the topic design is 0.21,the teaching content is 0.21,the teaching goal is 0.19,the teaching effect is 0.16,the teaching method is 0.15,and the work specification is 0.08.2)the applicability of the microlecture evaluation scale was verifiedAn empirical study on the microlecture evaluation scale was carried out.The empirical research method was adopted to collect the microlectures on the network applicable to our scale,and the scale was used to evaluate the related microlecture.The results showed that the scale could evaluate the quality of microlecture and effectively evaluate the quality of related biology microlecture.3)Descriptive indicators of the evaluation scale can guide the improvement of microlecturesWe invited high school biology teachers in service and biology education masters to analyze the performance of specific microlecture cases in the evaluation index in detail by using the microlecture evaluation scale.Results show that these microlectures,under the teaching goal of "clear goals" and "clarity",the teaching content of "content standard" and "reasonable arrangements",the teaching method of "optimum combination",the works specification of the "full of materials",the teaching effect of the "goal" of "fun" and "application" is still lacking,need to be targeted for further improvement.In addition,according to the guidance of the descriptive indicators of the scale,the microlecture was further redesigned and made in this study,in order to provide the design basis and reference for the new lesson type of microlecture.
