Today we are at the era of the educational information,all kinds of learning resources are constantly emerging,the design and development of micro lesson resources become a valuable research direction,more and more researchers involved in related research micro lesson resources,however,the existing micro lesson works still exist some disadvantages,such as lack of learning situation,poor interactivity,and the video interface does not attract students.With the rapid development of modern information technology,the emergence of virtual technology can make any real situation impossible to be realized.It is possible to develop virtual learning environment by using virtual technology.This study is expected to be guided by the theory of situational learning,developing micro lesson video resources to promote students' learning effect.It can create high-quality digital resources for teachers' teaching and student learning,and promote the development of educational informatization,so as to provide some references for the design of micro lesson resources.This study uses the literature research method,the design research method,the case analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,the experiment method.First,we make an analysis of the construction of micro class resources at home and abroad and the model of micro lesson design;It also summarizes the teaching design pattern under the guidance of the theory of internal and external situation learning,so as to put forward the research problems.Then,through the analysis of the existing model of micro lesson development and the teaching resources of Khan Academy,Onion Mathematical Website and so on,summarize the general principles that should be followed in the design of micro lesson,including the principle of situational,the principle of student centered and the principle of interaction,etc.On the basis of this,building a model of micro lesson design and development based on Situational Learning Theory.It includes the stage of preliminary analysis,the design stage of micro class,the stage of teaching evaluation and revision.And the specific content of each stage in the model is analyzed and demonstrated.The analysis stage is the basis for design of micro class context,through selection,analysis of learning content and learner to determine the learning objectives of micro course,which really Ming environmental micro class needs to solve the problem;The design stage is the key to the design of the situational micro class.Under the guidance of the theory of situational learning,the learning situation and teaching strategy in the micro class are designed.Through the design of problem situations and knowledge situations,we can achieve situational learning of students and analyze and disassemble the structure of learning contents.This process is guided by learning content analysis in pre analysis;Then,the process of students' participation in the teaching is designed,and the development of the micro class is also carried out.The evaluation and modification stage mainly completed the test of the application effect of the situational micro class,and revised it according to the feedback result.Thirdly,select the appropriate teaching content and make a micro lesson example based on the situational learning theory according to the built model of micro course development.Finally,we select the subjects,and verify the teaching effect of the micro lesson resources through questionnaires and interviews with teachers.The experimental data show that the micro lesson resource design mode with virtual learning environment has achieved satisfactory results in practice.The application of virtual learning situation in the micro lesson resources improves the sense of reality of the students and makes the teaching video lively and interesting.Integrating existing knowledge points on content.It can effectively attract students' attention,improve learning interest,further improve learning performance.The construction of the practice community strengthens the interaction of students and promote knowledge construction.Learners and teachers prefer this interactive micro lesson resource,which is easy to operate and easy to use.Although there are some shortcomings in teaching design due to the lack of teaching experience,it is important to popularize the Situational learning theory into micro lesson resources,which is worth further research and discussion.
