Since 1970, life-long education , life-long learning and a learning society have been the dominant trend of world thought of education, as well as the goal of Chinese education reform and development. The Sixteenth National Party report expressly pointed out in the comprehensive exposition of educational objectives:" To form a learning society in which all the people will learn or even pursue life-long education will emerge to boost their all-round development." The National Education Law of the PRC explicitly raised :"To establish and improve a life-long educational system." As the aging society coming and the call for "life-long education and learning society" , more and more researchers have paid attention to the problems of old people, especially the education for the aged.In the global information and digital age, in the popular culture background of "consumer culture", "snack culture" and "entertainment culture" ,informal learning and micro-learning are rapidly becoming popular, micro-learning of its convenient, rapid and micro-features has adapted to the social snack-learning demand and rapidly developed. The development of micro-learning challenges the traditional forms of curriculum, requests the form of curriculum more diverse and varied and lets learners master some content or skills in a short time, those demands led the author's concern to the micro-lesson. Micro-lesson has the following characteristics: small capacity, teaching objectives and teaching content focused, relatively spending less time; student-centered , more attention to learning environment , resources and activities design , at the same time providing students with effective learning support ; Study materials selection tightly around the student's living ; having strong practicality, operability and feasibility.This paper chiefly concentrates on the design of micro-lesson, and paying attention to life-long education, aging education as well, taking the aging computer learning as an example to study micro-lesson's design and application. Around the mainline, this paper carried out the following research:First, consulted the domestic and foreign related literature material , analyzed the current research situation and existing problems of micro-lesson at home and abroad ; cleared the research methods and research ideas of this paper. Second, summarized and combined theories and practices related to this paper, defined the "micro-lesson", and summarized the theoretical basis for this study.Third, analyzed two cases of micro-lesson, presented the design model and template of micro-lesson, and then gave detailed analysis for micro-lesson's design model.Four, under the guidance of the micro-lesson's design model, and on the basis of the template, designed a series of "aging computer learning" micro-lessons.Finally, the author summarized the research results, existence problems and future research directions of the paper.
