Study On Ideal And Belief Education For Young Teachers In Colleges And Universities

Education is the future of the nation,and is also the key to the sustainable development of a country's economic society.The development level of education reflects the industrialization process of the country.Colleges and universities are the cradle of the cultivation of qualified talents for socialist construction.The construction of teachers' team is the core of the development of colleges and universities.However,young teachers are the new strength and mainstays of the group,the spirit and business level of them directly influence the development of colleges and universities.In the present moment of increasing social diversity and external temptation,a part of the young teachers have some biases of their ideals and beliefs,it is urgent to strengthen the ideal and belief education for them.Based on a questionnaire survey of young teachers in different colleges and universities,this paper finds out some common problems,analyzes the causes and finds out countermeasures,so as to enhance the purpose of ideal and belief education for young teachers.The content of this thesis mainly includes the following four parts:The first part:Introduction.The research object of this paper is deeply analyzed,through the literature review and background research,find out the key points and difficulties of the research;The second part:By means of ideals and beliefs,the related concepts and theoretical basis of ideal and belief education for young teachers in colleges and universities,elaborated on the goal of the ideal and belief education of young teachers in colleges and universities,and clarified its meaning;The third part:In the form of questionnaire survey,find out the positive and negative performance of young teachers in their ideals and beliefs,analysis of the main causes of the problems from the aspects of society,colleges and individuals.The fourth part:From five aspects about creating a social environment,clearing the responsibility of the subject,innovating work mechanism,optimizing work method and finding potential capacity,exploring the countermeasures to strengthen the ideal and belief education of young teachers in colleges and universities is the paper's research priorities.Conclusion summarizes the research results of this article;propose the research vision and the idea and so on.This study found that it is necessary and urgent to strengthen the ideal and belief education for young teachers in Colleges and universities.The establishment of ideal and belief education system for young teachers in Colleges and universities is a long-term and systematic project that requires joint efforts from all walks of life,governments at all levels,schools and individuals.
