Research On Ideal And Belief Education Of Young College Teachers In The New Period

In the new era dominated by the current market economy, when Chinese and foreign economics, politics, culture frequently exchange. Several ideological issues appeared in China’s social reality, especially in terms of ideals and beliefs.Ideal guides our life to move forward, and faith is the motivation which support us to struggle forever. And they play an important role in one’s life. As an vital part of college teachers, young college teachers are the hope and main force of opening up the future of higher education. Their ideal and belief are not only related to their own development, but also affect the quality of future higher education in China. Therefore, it plays an important role in cultivating college students’ physical and mental quality and improving themselves.Currently, the mainstream of young college teachers’ ideals and beliefs is healthy, but there are also some worrying situation. The continued development of young teachers are restricted and limited to some extent, to which great importance must be attached. In this paper, the problems underlied in the ideals and beliefs of young college teachers are excavated and the cause of the problems are analyzed. And then we proposed some practical implement measures which is more relevant and more effective on ideal and belief education of young college teachers.
