In order to respond to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,the "One Line Double Circulation" teaching mode is proposed in the combination of the school's specific situation.The model centers on students,advocates active participation of students,and learns to learn independently and collaboratively,from passive recipients of knowledge to active explorers,teachers become the organizers,guidance and assistance of the classroom,rather than to indoctrinator.In addition to teacher and student learning in the classroom,there are also students' learning,and the student has to be the most important person in the class.Through the literature research to understand the domestic and foreign research status about teaching mode,detailed description of its construction and implementation strategy,the results of the experimental study comparing the chemistry scores of the experimental class and the control class show that this model can improve the chemistry learning achievement of the freshman students.Through the questionnaire survey method,observation method and interview method,this pattern can improve students' comprehensive quality.Summarizes the success of this model in the Senior One chemistry class:(1)Changed student's learning style: Students change from accepted learning to independent learning and cooperative learning,turn the passive into the active,fully embody the student's dominant position.(2)Converted the teacher role: Teachers are converted from "rulers" to "organizers" and "promoters".(3)Enhanced students' interest in learning chemistry: Students can arrange learning progress according to their actual situation,so as to obtain a sense of achievement and self-confidence.(4)Improved the comprehensive quality of students: Students' self-learning ability,preview ability,organization and management ability,cooperative learning ability,interpersonal communication ability,language expression ability and summarizing ability have all been improved.(5)Improved students' academic performance: The average score,pass rate and excellent rate of students have improved significantly.In the implementation process also found some problems:(1)It is difficult for introverted students and the students with poor learnning to participate in class activities: Such students lack initiative and enthusiasm,and are easily the "bystanders" in the classroom.(2)Teachers cannot trust students fully: Teachers worry that students' abilities are inadequate,the classroom effect is not ideal,and it is easy to overstep the students' learning process.(3)Impact on teaching progress: The teaching mode is difficult to control,which can cause the waste of time and make the teaching task time out,which will affect the teaching progress.(4)Higher requirements for teachers: Teachers need to spend more time preparing for class,At the same time,this model has higher requirements for teachers' professional knowledge,organizational ability and adaptability..(5)School lacks teaching resources: Teaching lacks experimental resources,the multimedia facilities are old,these all affect teaching effectiveness.Some specific improvement Suggestions have been proposed for the existing problems:(1)Improve class participation of introverted students and the students with poor learning: Encourage introverted students to maximize their self-confidence.Give guidance and praise to students who are not learning well,and affirm their progress and make them experience the joy of learning.(2)Teachers should really hand over the classroom to students: Teachers must learn to believe in students,learn to let go,and make students truly become masters of the classroom.(3)Make reasonable use of time and improve classroom efficiency: Prepare good learning case to improve classroom efficiency,every part is as simple and concise as possible,without complicated.(4)Improve the professional quality of teachers: Teachers need to reflect after class to find solutions to problems and avoid recurrence of the same problems.At the same time,the school must strongly support,teachers need more communication to complement each other and achieve comprehensive improvement.(5)Try to improve teaching resources: Use the school's input and social donation to improve the relevant teaching resources.
