Mind mapping is a kind of thinking visualization tool based on cognitive theory.In recent years,mind mapping is becoming increasingly prominent in teaching.Chemistry is an important part of the curriculum system in junior high school and senior high school and it is a subject that studies the nature,composition,structure and changes of material at the molecular and atomic levels.Chemistry knowledge of grade three in junior high school has a strong level and memory,and the students must master its basic knowledge.The visual thinking characteristics of the mind mapping can help the learners to construct knowledge and divergent thinking in the course of chemistry course.In this environment,this paper uses the action research method to explore the application of mind mapping in junior high school chemistry class,and then author uses interview and questionnaire survey to test the teaching effect of applying mind mapping in class.The main contents are divided into the following parts.The first is the summary of the research.The first chapter,on the basis of the analysis of the background,explores the status of the application of mind mapping in China and on abroad,as well as the domestic research status of junior high school chemistry language teaching,and points out the feasibility and significance of this research,and expounds the specific research ideas,research contents and research methods.The second chapter is about the theoretical basis and related concepts of this study.This part mainly expounds the definition of the chemical language and the concept,characteristics and drawing tools of the mind mapping,and expounds information processing theory,the constructivism theory and the schema theory which can support the research of subject study.The third chapter is action research on the application of mind mapping in junior middle school chemistry teaching.In this chapter,under the guidance of the theoretical research in the first and second chapters,this chapter introduces the teaching mode based on the thinking guided map,and designs two chemistry teaching cases based on the thinking guide map,and carries out the detailed action research program in the chemistry classroom teaching in junior middle school.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the application effect of mind mapping.This chapter explores mainly the using effect,through the study of students' learning performance,mind mapping drawing,and the combination of questionnaire and interview method to analyze the application effect of mind mapping.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect.This chapter summarizes the advantages of mind mapping in teaching,and describes some problems that should be paid attention to when using mind mapping.Finally,some problems that need to be improved in the research are expounded,and we forecast the prospect of applying mind mapping in teaching.
