Young teachers are like crystal springs to bring education vigor and vitality,like the sunrise to bring education future and glory.young teachers' specialization plays an important role in the current education reform,school development,and the formation of core quality of students.The young teachers who have just held the working post,are equipped with certain theoretical basis;how could they grow rapidly in their working posts and get adapted to the needs of students,growing up?On the way of growing into a professional mathematics teacher,what should young mathematics teachers pay out?What kind of hard work should they do?What efforts should they exert?This article will do a case study on the professional growth of young mathematics teachers.Emphatically talk about how young teachers should work hard for professional growth.This article has adopted questionnaire investigation and case study methods.The author conducted questionnaire investigation on the professional growth of the teachers of Guanggu No.1 Primary School,which involves all aspects about professional development of young teachers,to know the elements influencing the professional growth of young teachers through first-line teachers.The author will emphatically introduce the triple jump style evolution of Mathematics Wide Angle-Pigeon Nest Problem that Teacher Hongli Song is in charge of teaching:the first prize in East Lake new high zone math quality class----the first prize in Wuhan mathematics quality class---national mathematics seminar exhibition class,from the perplexity at the beginning of teaching to the skillfulness in the national math exhibition class,enormous progress and professional growth benefit from the polish of quality class.Quality class is the catalyst for young mathematics teachers to grow rapidly;based on class,polishing quality class also means polishing the professional growth of excellent young teachers.Especially in the process of trial teaching,adopt diversified evaluation modes;adopt questionnaire method after class to further conduct the secondary investigation on students,to provide a more definite direction for constant improvement of teaching design.The author will fully and truly reproduce the participation into the 2017 Wuhan high school young mathematics teachers excellent class competition,the author and 12 contestants conducted the same class heterogeneous styles activity on Linear Inequality of Two Unknown Variables(Group)and Planar Surface;this study compared the same class heterogeneous styles activities between the author and Teacher Zongqing Cao from No.l Attached Senior High School of Central China Normal University,analyzed similarity treatment and difference treatment on the same issue,and such comparison and reflection with clear target will establish a platform for the professional growth of young mathematics teachers.This article uses case study as the carrier,through the representation of teaching designs for Mathematics Wide Angle-Pigeon Nest Problem and Linear Inequality of Two Unknown Variables(Group)and Planar Surface,from teaching practice at the beginning to reflection and revision,then more practice and more improvement;the problems and improvement styles or methods emerging in this process,regarding how young teachers should study in action,reflect in practice,grow in reflection,will provide some practical suggestions for the professional growth of young mathematics teachers.
