Whether in the basic curriculum concept of biology curriculum standard in 2011,or in the core literacy of 2017 edition of biology curriculum standard,it is emphasized that we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' scientific inquiry ability.The DIS experiment based on sensor technology has entered the high school biology laboratory,which provides modern support for inquiry learning and teaching.As a new biological experiment means,DIS experiment has gained the favor of the frontline teachers with its high precision and high efficiency.While marveling at the powerful magic of DIS experiment,teachers who are tired of regular teaching do not have much energy or desire for innovation.Hope that through this specific case to analyze and explore how to apply DIS to the experimental teaching,explore how to overcome the limitation of realistic factors,the development of new DIS experimental case,provide a reference for the high school biology teachers.In the study of the application of DIS experiment in high school biology teaching,the author mainly uses sensor technology to improve the traditional experiment,taking four experiments such as "comparing the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under different conditions" by high school teachers,which shows that DIS not only makes the changes more clear and more clear in the process of the experiment.Chu and conclusion are more accurate and reflect the changes in the experimental process from a quantitative perspective.The application of DIS to inquiry learning can achieve good results which can not be achieved by traditional experiments.It is beneficial to improve the efficiency of teaching.It plays an important role in the study of inquiry experiments with rapid response rate,complicated data collection,too much time-consuming,strong comprehensive discipline and no definite answer.In the teaching of biological experiment in high school,teachers should not only teach the contents of the experimental items stipulated in the standard of ordinary high school biology curriculum,but also add some experiments.Therefore,this paper effectively integrates DIS sensors and experimental contents,rationally improves the experimental equipment,and optimizes the experiment process,from the extension of teaching materials,ecological investigation and health.The three aspects of life have developed "the influence of enzyme concentration on the rate of reaction","investigating the relationship between the amount of oxygen and pollution of the canal",and "measuring the energy in the food" to stimulate the students' interest and improve the students' ability to explore the science.Through a three round exploration and verification of the effectiveness of DIS experiment through the action research model,the following conclusions are drawn:DIS helps students to improve their academic achievements;DIS helps to cultivate students' critical thinking;DIS helps to stimulate students' interest in learning.
