With the rapid development of physical fitness activities and sports industry,people's enthusiasm for participating in sports activities is increasing.Social sports Instructor is the guide,organizer and disseminator of social sports,and its social role is becoming more and more prominent.The social sports guidance work always must pursue the good guidance service effect,therefore must carry on the appraisal to the social sports instructor's guidance service effect.The evaluation of the service effectiveness of social sports instructors is an important work to test and measure the effectiveness,level and quality of social sports instructors.Based on the fitness of the mass of social sports instructors guide job satisfaction evaluation index as the research object.Using the literature material method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the methods of mathematical statistics and other research methods.Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory,this study according to the order of "theory preparation-index system construction-index screening",this paper constructs the evaluation index system of social sports instructor's job satisfaction by selecting two steps of theory selection and demonstration selection;using(AHP)to determine the weights of each index,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to construct the index model.Finally,through fifty fitness crowd of five social sports instructors guide the evaluation of job satisfaction,to validate the validity of the index system.Below obtains the main findings:(1)Constructed social sports political instructor to work the degree of satisfaction appraisal target system.This target system by 3 level targets and 16 two level of target constitution,the level target includes: Individual quality,the specialized ability and the working condition,two levels of targets include: the physical quality,the psychological quality,the personal character quality,the etiquette manner,communication ability,the specialized knowledge,the specialized skill,the organization manage,the emergency capability,explanation ability,demonstration ability,the counselling number of times,the operating time,the service level,thework manner and the science instruction.(2)Utilizes the analytic hierarchy process structure target twenty-two importance comparison judgment matrix,finally obtains social sports political instructor to work in the degree of satisfaction appraisal target system each target weight.(3)Utilization fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation established social sports political instructor to work the degree of satisfaction appraisal model.(4)Instructs the work degree of satisfaction through fifty fitness populace to five social sports political instructor the appraisal,has confirmed the appraisal target system validity.
