Quality is decisive for all industries; the quality of service industry is a more important significance. Because in the service industry, customers'satisfaction has a decisive effect on the evaluation of service quality, which often contain customers'subjective element, once feel bad the customer will abandon the purchase voluntarily or efficient communication. The quality of service quality will affect the performance of the service organizations. Service are designed to meet the customers'needs, and thus to get its own development and benefits. Satisfying customers'needs is the core of service purpose, there is not the needs of society without customers'needs, customers'needs can't be meet, thus the needs of society won't be, service organizations won't survive and develop. Therefore, it should understand customers'needs unceasingly and improve the service. And to understand the quality of service quality, not only understanding the customers'needs, but also evaluating all aspects of service for service personnel, thus service organization will be with vitality, the most immediate impact is the economic benefits. And the evaluation of service quality must be based on scientific service quality evaluation system, in order to reach a result that is real, objective and effective. It seems very necessarily to formulate the evaluation index system of service quality.In addition, despite the connotation, characteristics and evaluation model of service quality have been studied in business widely. It happens weak extremely about the research on service quality of yoga instructor, who works in company-oriented fitness club. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to build a scientific and effective index system to evaluate service quality of yoga instructor who works in company-oriented fitness club in the city of Suzhou. First, we review the experts and scholars on the evaluating index system and the service quality research achievements, and analyzing theoretically. Then, on the basis of using experts investigation to determine various evaluation indexes and the weight of every index by using AHP.Finally, the following conclusions:First, the service quality of yoga instructor who works in company-oriented fitness club is a multidimensional concept, it includes yoga instructors'professional quality, service capacity, service effect and service attitude—four essential elements.Second, by using the literature, Delphi methods, mathematical analysis and others, it concludes 4 first class indexes, 23 second class indexes and 63 third class indexes of the index system.Third, it is concluded that the weight coefficient of index at all levels by using AHP and mathematical statistics.This paper considers the professional feature of yoga instructor as building the evaluation index system of service quality of yoga instructor who works in company-oriented fitness club in the city of Suzhou, and integrate the theory of service quality and yoga specialized comprehensively, formulate the corresponding evaluation index based this, worthwhile using EXCEL software for statistical analysis, make the entire index system with scientific, systematic and effective feature,etc.
