Over the years,students have been evaluated by colleges based on the achievements of their curriculum,ignoring the cultivation of other competencies.As a result,these students have focused on learning textbooks,and have poorer practical and innovative abilities.They are also far better to be a fully-developed outstanding university student.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to construct the comprehensive quality evaluation model for college students to implement the quality education as well as the evaluation methods of rulers in place of the “performance-only theory”.For this reason,universities began to carry out many reforms and explorations of student evaluation,but there are still some problems.In terms of evaluation methods,some universities adopt the form of “comprehensive score = curriculum weighted average score + usual performance score + bonus penalties”,in which the usual performance scores are difficult to quantify and useless.In terms of evaluation subjects,the degree of participation of students as appraiser is not high,leading to lack of subjectivity.In the process of evaluation,evaluators are usually limited to personal experience and the evaluation environment to evaluate the objects result to subjectivity is too strong.In view of the above problems in the evaluation of comprehensive quality of college students,this paper will improve the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),aiming at the limitation of the expert weights' determining method.In order to reduce the influence of the evaluators' subjectivity on the evaluation objects,we improved AHP based on the stakeholders' perspective methods(Improved AHP based on Stakeholders' Perspective,IAHP_SP).Firstly,this article constructs the student comprehensive quality evaluation system,uses the IAHP_SP method to assign the weight to the evaluation system.Then,trains and tests the comprehensive quality model combined with the error back-propagation.Finally,taking the data of 2014 grade students in a university in Anhui as an example,six evaluators are invited to evaluate the comprehensive quality system of the students and calculate the comprehensive weight of each criterion based on the IAHP_SP method.The students' quality score and the comprehensive weights of the criteria are weighted averaging,and the comprehensive quality score is introduced into the comprehensive quality radar map of the college students to form the visual result.Experiment proved that the weight distribution of the comprehensive quality model of college students based on the IAHP_SP method is reasonable.The comprehensive quality score of the students obtained by the model proposed in this paper can provide reference for the application of the relevant education and teaching evaluation,such as the evaluation of the class three good students,the audit evaluation and the engineering certification.
