Research On Humanistic Care In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological and political work is fundamentally a man-made work at the national ideological and political work conference for colleges and universities.It must focus on students,care for students,and serve students,and constantly improve students' ideological level,political awareness,moral quality,and cultural quality,so that students can become talents with both ability and political integrity.Ideological and political education is a project that nurtures people.It should be people-centered,pay attention to people's all-round development,follow the basic laws of education and teaching,and the law of human development.On this basis,we will achieve the desired educational goals and promote the overall development of people.The concept of humanistic care was first proposed in the report of the 17 th CPC National Congress.The report of the 18 th CPC National Congress once again emphasized the ideological connotation and significance of humane care.The core of humanistic care is human beings.While focusing on people's survival needs,they are more concerned with human spiritual pursuits and concern people's all-round development.The main body of ideological and political education is also human,which has a high degree of coupling with the connotation and theme of humane care.It provides the necessity and possibility for the integration of humanistic care in ideological and political education.Integrating humanistic care into ideological and political education will help expand the research field of ideological and political education.It provides new ideas for further enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This paper chooses the methods of questionnaire survey and literature research to study the connotation and theoretical basis of humanistic care in detail.In the light of analyzing and combing the actual situation of humanistic care in contemporary college students' ideological and political education,we try to find out the insufficiencies and deficiencies,and propose scientific and reasonable solutions.This thesis consists of four parts.Firstly,it discusses the topic background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research shortages and trends,research ideas and research methods,research difficulties and innovations.Secondly,it defines the concept of humane care and the ideological and political education of college students.It mainly discusses the connotation and theoretical basis of humane care: the relationship between Marxist humanities theory and humanistic concern and ideological and political education.As one of the basic dimensions of the Marxist theory of humanity,humane care runs through the Marxist theory of humanism.The object of ideological and political education is human beings,and the implementers are human beings.Their starting point and final result are all human beings.Therefore,humanistic concern in ideological and political education must be guided by the Marxist theory of humanism.Humanistic concern and ideological and political education share the same goals.Ideological and political education is an important carrier for humanistic concern.Humanistic concern is the embodiment of ideological and political education.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education.The questionnaire survey method was used to analyze and summarize the achievements of the humanistic care work,the existing problems,and the causes of the problems.With the deepening of higher education reform,the concept of humanistic care in ideological and political education has been deeply rooted in people's minds,and the theoretical level of humanistic care has also been continuously improved.However,there are also problems in the humanistic care of college students' ideological and political education.They include: low attention to students' development and needs,insufficient attention to students' individual differences,slight neglect of students' mental health education,and insufficient communication between teachers and students.The reasons are that some ideological and political educators have a one-sided understanding of the concept of humanistic care,the content of humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students is more monotonous,and the practical exploration of humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students needs to be enriched,and the humanistic qualities of some ideological and political educators need to be improved.Finally,it discusses the effective countermeasures for realizing humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education.To effectively implement the humane care of ideological and political education requires the joint efforts of all parties to achieve it.It is necessary to adhere to the core concept of "people-oriented" in the ideological and political education of college students,to achieve the goal concept of "subject value" and to practice the "return to life" practice concept.We must also respect the subjectivity of college students,cultivate the personality of college students,pay more attention to the emotional appeal of college students,and pay more attention to the mental health status of college students.Furthermore,colleges and universities need to establish an equal teacher-student communication method,a unified education method that uses emotion and rationality,a multi-faceted teaching method,and an emphasis on the setting of humanities education courses in theoretical courses.Eventually,we need to create a pure campus physical environment,nurture a positive campus environment,and build a harmonious campus network environment.
