Women's 3000 meter hurdles were included in the twenty-ninth Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.This promoted the continuous development of the movement in the world.Due to the short history of the project in China,there is still a certain gap between the technical ability of Chinese women's 3000 meter hurdles and the advanced level of foreign countries.Looking at the current Chinese scholars for women's 3000 meter obstacle race research is still less.As a 3000 meter hurdle runner,I have a deep exercise experience in the course of training,and have achieved certain sports results in the domestic competition,and got the qualification of the Olympic Games by 9 points and 41 seconds 44.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the overall training characteristics of 3000 meter hurdles-for our own sports training program to enrich our country's 3000 meter running training theory.In this study,through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,this paper analyzes Yin Anna's 3000 meters obstacle running program from three aspects:technical training,physical training and competition results.1.according to Yin Anna's age and training characteristics,he trained his years of training according to age characteristics for adolescence and adulthood.Among them,adolescence(14 years old-16 years old)is the basic training stage.According to the different emphasis of training,adult period is divided into special stage(17 years old,-20 years old)and competitive performance(22 years old).2.from the formation characteristics of Yin Anna's technical training,the technical training of the adolescence(basic training stage)mainly consists of starting technique,arm swing technique,way running technique,and sprint technology.The emphasis of technical training in the stage of adulthood is to consolidate the stride barrier technology,according to its own waist and abdomen strength and lower limb strength difference.The core strength training and hurdle speed improvement training are added to improve the technology to overcome obstacles.The key points in the training of competitive performance are improving skills and rehabilitation training.3.from the focus of Yin Anna's physical fitness training:the development of Yin Anna's physical quality in adolescence is in a sensitive period,the basic quality training is mainly in adulthood,and the emphasis on the training of the special stage is focused on the promotion of the core strength in the early stage.The later training focuses on the leg strength,the special running speed and the endurance training.Through the whole special promotion stage,the training focus of the competitive performance maintenance stage is to restore the lumbar sports injuries.4.the characteristics of the changes in the performance of Yin Anna are that the basic training is not high,and the results are steadily improved through endurance training and the solid foundation of quality training.The results show that the scores are more obvious;the scores of the scores and the injuries are more and more unstable.In terms of the relationship between performance and training,physical training and skill training have an important role in improving the performance of competitive performance,and the key to maintaining competitive performance is to adhere to the system training.The training plan for women's 3000 meter hurdle race should be adjusted according to the physical characteristics and physiological characteristics of athletes.This study combined with practice to analyze the training characteristics of women's 3000 meter hurdles,which can effectively fill the theoretical vacancies on women's 3000 meter barriers and make some contributions to the rich theory.
