In the education information environment,the primary school mathematics education has a new problem:how to fundamentally change the teaching mode of subject in the information technology environment?While information technology is widely used in the education and teaching in primary schools,many teachers' teaching strategies have not changed in time.The mathematics teachers in primary schools need to adapt to the demands of The Time and to think and change the teaching strategies in a timely manner.Based on this point of departure,it is necessary to give a case study of a good elementary school mathematics teacher,and give a certain reference and guidance to the teachers.This study used case study method,the selection with a variety of innovative teaching strategies of technocrat elementary school mathematics teacher,teacher Z,as the case study object.Through the literature method,observation method,interview method,the ability test a variety of methods.Describe and analyze the collected math example,special events,interviews,and other data.Finally,teacher Z'teaching strategies are summarized from three aspects:teaching thought,method and mode,technology and means.At the same time,through the analysis of the change of students and using SPSS' General Linear Regression analysis students' mathematical basic ability test results,concluded that teacher Z's students' mathematical ability higher than the same grade students.This conclusion validates that teacher Z' teaching strategy is effective.
