Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward the socialist core values of "prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,patriotism,dedication,honesty and friendliness," the core values of the socialist core values and how they are fully implemented The study of social practice has become the focus and hotspot of ideological and theoretical workers.In the report on the 19 th NPC,Xi Jinping put forward "struggle for building our country into a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,beautiful and modern socialist country."
