Research On Crowd Behavior Modeling Of Internet Users Based On BDI-Agent Model

In recent years,public emergencies happens frequently,and the network opinion coming from it is becoming more and more intense.Research on network crowd behavior has gradually become a hot research topic.However,the existing research is not sufficient for the intermediate links of the generation and diffusion of network crowd behavior.Most scholars mainly study the causes of network crowd behavior from the perspective of the analysis of the phenomenon of it.And there lacks the relevant empirical research from the perspective of netizens' cognition,reasoning,decision making,and then to behavior.Also,The research on the influencing factors of the network crowd behavior is mostly in the theoretical level,and there lacks the relevant research which combined with the practices.What's more,researches on the ways to guiding the network crowd behavior is concentrated on the macro plan,and there lacks the countermeasures matching to the current time.This study build the BDI-Agent model to reason the generation of network crowd behavior,based on the theory of BDI("belief-desire-intention theory")and the network crowd behavior.This study uses belief,desire and intention these three attributes to express the thinking state of netizens.By describing and computing the relationship of them,this study finally achieve the goal of reasoning about the network crowd behavior.this article divide the netizens into four types,which is "the independent-initial acceptance","the independent-initial refusal","the interactive-initial acceptance","the interactive-initial refusal",what's more,this study considered the difference of these four type netizens from their belief,desire and intention perspective.Then this study designed the simulation algorithm according to the BDI-Agent reason model of crowd behavior on the net,then this study finished the simulation experiments of network crowd behavior of four emergency events,which including shanghai events,tianjin boom events,sade events,renting event of school.and verified the model by compared with the real situation.Also,this study used the model to output the value of every influencial factors of network crowd behavior,and analyzed the correlation and the correlation degree of these factors with netizen's real behavior.At the end of this paper,I analyzed the effect of different government mearuses to the network crowd behavior,which could give some advices to the emergency response.
