Group Work Involved In Spiritual Consolation Of The Old Man Without The Children、Income And Working Capacity

With the rapid development of the aging population in China,the pension pressure is increasing.The task of the old man care services,as the mainstay of social pensions,has also become increasingly arduous.At present,most old man care agencies pay more attention to material supply,but mental comfort services are not adequate and are not in place.The spiritual needs of the old man are not being met.In particular,the spiritual culture of the old man without the children,income and working capacity is even more deficient,which seriously affects the quality of life in old age.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to study and solve the problem of the lack of mental health and mental consolation among the old man without the children,income and working capacity.From the perspective of the work of the group,this article takes the case of the old man without the children,income and working capacity in Changchun City Social Welfare Institute as an example to study the issue.First of all,we will sort out the domestic and foreign literature on the mental comfort of the old man and understand the current research status of the old man without the children,income and working capacity spiritual consolation.We will use Maslow’s spiritual needs theory,activity theory,and symbolic interaction theory as the basis for research.Secondly,in-depth research conducted by the Changchun Social Welfare Institute found that there is a serious lack of spiritual consolation services for the old man without the children,income and working capacity.Old people present problems such as poor mobility,anxiety and irritability,difficult interpersonal communication,and lack of emotional support.Through the analysis of the reasons for the lack of spiritual life of the old man,this study proposes that social workers step in and use group work methods to provide spiritual comfort services.In the process of intervention,I had a happy meeting,helped each other,brainstormed,recalled the past,listened to me,said that the current six most beautiful events,and the game settings,team performance,social worker performance and goals at each event The implementation was evaluated.In the evaluation of the results,through the observation of the daily life performance of the old man without the children,income and working capacity after the group activity,it was found that the group work had a more significant role in providing spiritual consolation for the old man without children,income and working capacity.The old man without children,income and working capacity in the Social Welfare Institute in Changchun City had mental status great improvement.Finally,in response to the problems in the practice process,corresponding suggestions were made on how to further improve the intervention methods,such as: the introduction of experienced first-line social workers,establish a counseling room specifically for the old man without children,income and working capacity services,strengthen the overall quality of existing staff,the establishment of the old man without children,income and working capacity without mental support network,with a view to more effectively solve the problem.
