Only by testing the muscle strength of as many parts of the body as possible can you comprehensively reflect the level of muscle strength in your body.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the test and evaluation system of muscle strength in multiple parts of the body.Power quality for college basketball player development,as a result of the limitation of the methods to technology,capital,and the power of diversity test methods at present in most colleges and universities still have not been established,but from the current all the realistic requirement of high level basketball team training colleges and universities,the urgent need to set up a program simple,small and precise power quality testing method and evaluation index of the high-level basketball team athletes in colleges and universities in the future is of training and evaluation of power quality is very important.Therefore,the purpose of this study is based on the university high level basketball players grip strength,back,legs,forces and other characteristics of isometric muscle test data of different position,to further explore the relationship between the different positions of isometric muscle testing.And on this basis,combining with sports training,sports physiology and sports biomechanics discipline theory and the research Angle of view,further analysis of the different position of isometric strength quality,the relationship between test results and the athletes and combined with some professional coaches and experts and scholars point of view,and select suitable for high level athlete in colleges and universities isometric muscle test evaluation index,aims to let the related personnel training,scientific research workers,coaches,the university high level basketball athlete's strength quality and testing methods of a more clear understanding and the understanding,which can provide a training for the concrete practice of the theory of reference and reference,for our country to higher level of men's basketball competitive level and athletic basketball reserve talented person's training and development contribute little of their own power.This study using literature method,interview method,test method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to the university high level basketball athletes at different positions isometric muscle characteristics and evaluation index are studied,the conclusion is as follows:(1)There are significant gender change characteristics in the body strength of high level basketball players in different positions,but there is no obvious age change feature.(2)The high level male basketball players in the active college are significantly better than the retired athletes in their grip strength,leg force,body flexor strength,horizontal thrust,and the test data on the right and left hip joint.Women's university high level basketball team athletes in active service and retired athletes compared to remove and men athletes of the same grip strength,legs,torso,flexor muscle strength,horizontal thrust and stretch around the test data on the hip appeared significant difference,in the back force(kg),horizontal(kg),hip outreach(left),exhibition(right)of hip,hip adduction(left)and hip adduction(right)there are significant differences.(3)Different gender college high level basketball players in different positions of the newly introduced isometric strength test data with the traditional grip strength,back and leg forces on the test data have different degree of correlation,but the correlation coefficient of male athletes should generally higher than that of female athletes.(4)There is a high correlation between the muscle strength and muscle content of the majority of male basketball players in high school,but the correlation between female athletes in this area is relatively weak.(5)There was no significant correlation between the muscle strength and body fat content of the high level basketball players in high schools.(6)The university high level basketball athletes at different positions between isometric strength and its whole body bone mineral content in different position there is a high degree of correlation,but the correlation between female athletes in this respect are weak.(7)At different location of the university high level basketball athlete isometric strength test indicators for lower limb strength(hip(left),the reach hips(right),exhibition(left)of hip,hip outreach(right),hip adduction(left),hip adduction(r)),trunk power(trunk flexion,trunk,trunk flexor side(left),lateral flexion torso(r))and shoulder strength(shoulder outreach(left),shoulder outreach(right));High levels of women's basketball athletes at different positions in colleges and universities isometric muscle test indicators for leg strength(exhibition(left)of hip,hip outreach(right),hip adduction(left),hip adduction(r)),trunk power(trunk flexion,trunk,trunk flexor side(left),lateral flexion torso(r)),shoulder strength(shoulders to outreach(left),outreach(r))and hip strength(hip(left),the reach hips(right)).
