| Research purposes:Since the launch of FIFA11+ warm-up exercises, many studies have explored its effects in preventing and reducing sports injuries.Relevant researches have shown that most of the closed injury sites of college football players in my country are lower limbs, and the main injury sites are ankle and knee joints. In this research, through the intervention study of the FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises for college male football players for 12 weeks, observe the degree of changes in the muscle strength characteristics of the knee joint muscle strength and muscle balance of the college male football players before and after the experiment, and explore the FIFA 11+warm-up exercises Activation of the characteristics of the knee joint muscle strength of male football players in colleges.Research methods:The subjects were 21 football players from the Shanghai University of Sport. They were randomly divided into an intervention group(10)and a control group(11).The control group performed routine warm-up exercises, and the intervention group performed FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises twice a week, with a trial period of 12 weeks. Before intervention, all subjects were pre-tested,and the subjects’ average peak torque, average power, dynamic control ratio(DCR),and muscle group differences of the same name were calculated. After the intervention period is over,a post-test is performed and the same indicators are collected.Use Excel and SPSS22.0 to enter and sort the data collected in the experimental test, and perform normal distribution test on all collected data. The paired sample T test was used if the data before and after the group conformed to the normal distribution, and the paired rank sum test was used if the data was not in the normal distribution. The data comparison between the groups conforms to the normal distribution using the independent sample T test, and the independent sample rank sum test is used for the non-normal distribution.p>0.05 indicates that there is no significant difference in experimental data,p<0.05 indicates that there is a significant difference in experimental data, and p<0.01 indicates that there is a very significant difference in experimental data.Research result:(1)The average peak torque(APT)test results of the knee joint showed that the APT of the knee joint extensor and flexor muscles of the right leg and the left leg of the subjects in the intervention group increased compared with the previous test, which was significant(p <0.01),compared with the previous test,no significant changes were found in the APT of the knee joint extensors and flexors of the right and left legs of the subjects in the control group(p>0.05).After the experiment, the comparison between the groups found that the results of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).(2)The average knee joint power(AP)test results showed that the knee extensor and flexor AP of the right and left knee joints of the subjects in the intervention group increased compared with the previous test, which was significant(p<0.05));Compared with the previous test,no significant changes were found in the knee extensor and flexor AP of the right and left knee joints of subjects in the control group(p>0.05).After the experiment, the comparison between the groups found that the results of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).(3)Knee dynamic control ratio(DCR)test results showed that the knee extensor and flexor DCR of the subjects in the intervention group increased compared with the previous test, which was significant(p<0.05).The control group was tested There was no significant change in the DCR of the subject’s knee extensor and flexor muscles compared with the previous test(p>0.05).After the experiment, the comparison between the groups found that the results of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).(4)The test results of the difference between the same name muscle groups of the knee joint showed that there was no significant difference in the percentage of the left and right muscle group peak torque loss of the knee joint extensor and flexor muscle groups of the subjects in the intervention group(p>0.05).The control group was tested The subject’s knee joint extensor and flexor left and right muscle groups with the same name peak torque loss percentage were not found to be significantly changed compared to before the experiment(p>0.05).After the experiment, the comparison between the groups found that there was no significant difference in the percentage of peak torque loss between the intervention group and the control group with the same name on the left and right extensors and flexors(p>0.05).Analysis conclusion:This research shows that the 12-week FIFA 11+ warm-up exercise has two main effects on the knee muscle characteristics of college male football players:1.Muscle strength: The activation effect of FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises on the neuromuscular system can significantly increase the average peak torque of the knee joints of the athletes in the intervention group and increase the average power of the knee joints of the athletes in the intervention group.2.Balance of muscle strength: FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises have significantly improved the balance of muscle strength of the knee flexors and extensors of the intervention group athletes. However, targeted strength training is required to achieve the ideal balance of muscle strength of the knee joint Status: In terms of the difference in the different side muscle groups of the knee joint,FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises reduced the difference in the opposite side muscle groups of the athletes in the intervention group, but there was no significant difference. |
