The rapid development of network technology is constantly changing people's study and life.With the widespread use of electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets,mobile learning and fragmented learning are becoming more and more popular.It is under this background that hybrid teaching comes into being gradually.In swimming teaching in physical education colleges,due to the particularity of teaching environment and the changing learning needs of students,It is very difficult for the traditional swimming teaching method to provide the best service for the development of the students,which seriously affects the teaching effect of the swimming lesson.By integrating the relevant information technology,the new teaching tools are combined with the traditional classroom teaching.The new conception and design of swimming course teaching is the key to break out the closed predicament of swimming teaching course in physical education colleges and improve the related problems.This paper combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and network teaching to explore and establish a new model of mixed teaching of swimming course in physical education colleges and universities by adopting the method of mixed teaching.By using the methods of expert interview,literature review,experiment,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a comparative study on two small classes of special education in Shandong Institute of physical Education,which participate in swimming class 2015.One of the small teaching classes is the experimental group,and the other is the control group,which uses the traditional teaching method to carry out the teaching,using the mixed teaching method of swimming course in the physical education colleges and universities,and the other teaching small class as the control group.The experimental design and implementation scheme of this study have been completed according to the interview opinions and suggestions of the experts through the systematic analysis of the related literature about hybrid teaching at home and abroad.Through the control experiment of 9 weeks and 36 hours in two small teachingclasses of special education major of grade 2015,the results of swimming examination are compared,and the results of questionnaire survey are analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the use of mixed teaching,the students' ability to master swimming skills,the distance of swimming,the technical evaluation,the standard test and the performance of ordinary times have been significantly improved.Students' understanding of swimming knowledge and mastery of skills have made great progress,and increased students' interest in learning swimming.2.Hybrid teaching can cultivate students' ability and interest of autonomous learning,realize students' transformation from passive participation in learning tasks to active exploration of learning tasks,and stimulate students' learning motivation.It improves the students' mastery of knowledge and skills.3.Hybrid teaching improves the communication and communication between teachers and students,reduces the distance between teachers and students,and promotes the formation of good teacher-student relationship.4.Hybrid teaching greatly enriches the teaching content of swimming classes,enables students to learn more about swimming knowledge and skills,and compared with the traditional teaching environment,learning time and place is no longer fixed,Students can arrange individualized learning time according to their own needs,and provide a convenient learning environment for students.
