| This study uses online and offline mixed teaching methods for public swimming courses in colleges and universities to conduct teaching experiments,and compares and analyzes the teaching effects produced by traditional teaching methods.The teaching process is tested in stages to explore its differences and advantages and disadvantages.The practical teaching of other technical courses promotes this teaching method,and provides substantial data reference for the teaching reform of college physical education.The text uses research methods such as literature materials,questionnaire surveys,experiments,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis.Use the same teacher and the same class hours to conduct experimental teaching for the two classes that choose swimming in public physical education.One of the classes is the experimental group,which uses online and offline mixed teaching for teaching;The other class is a control group that uses traditional teaching methods.Online teaching is used as an experimental intervention to understand the basic situation of students’ swimming learning before the experiment.In the experiment,the four stages of technical teaching are tested(the first three stages test the distance and the technical evaluation,and the fourth stage test is recorded at the same time.Final exam scores,test content are running distance,technical evaluation,theoretical scores),and collect data for post-experiment analysis;before and after the experiment,test and data collection of students’ exercise attitudes,and use SPSS statistics after the course is over Product and service solution software performs mathematical analysis of data.The results of the study are as follows: After teaching experiments,in terms of teaching effects,it is found that the overall performance of online and offline mixed teaching is significantly higher than that of traditional classroom teaching mode,and there are significant differences(p=0.01<0.05);terms of exercise attitude,it is improving exercise attitude In terms of overall results,the online and offline mixed education is much higher than the traditional classroom education model,and the online and offline blended teaching has significant differences in the improvement of exercise attitudes(p=0.02<0.05),while the traditional classroom teaching models have no significant differences in the improvement of exercise attitudes(p=0.46>0.05).The investigation reached the following conclusions:the application of online and offline mixed teaching in swimming class is conducive to the standardization of technology.At the same time,correct technical actions can promote students to get positive feedback,which is conducive to the improvement of students’ teaching effect and exercise attitude.Compared with traditional classroom teaching,the advantages of online and offline teaching are to accelerate the internalization of students’ swimming theory knowledge,reduce students’ wrong actions,improve learning efficiency and cultivate students’ good exercise habits.By comparing and analyzing the test results of the four stages,the online and offline hybrid teaching can better reflect the effectiveness,economy and rationality of technology teaching. |
