Study On The Employment Effect Of The Economic Development Of The Third Industry In Xinjiang

Employment is the fundamental public everyday,has a great effect on people's life.Employment is closely related to the development and stability of our country.The improvement of living standards is also closely linked to employment.The distribution of labor force in Xinjiang is uneven,and there is a large number of surplus labor in rural areas.The industry and the third industry are on the contrary,and the labor force is scarce.The purpose of this paper is to further understand the employment absorption capacity and the existing problems of the economic development of the third industry in Xinjiang through the study of the relationship between the economic development of the third industry and the employment absorption capacity of the third industry,and put forward some relevant suggestions.A large number of domestic and foreign documents have been collected in this paper.Through these data,we have a certain understanding and understanding of the frontier theory and related empirical research of industrial economic development and employment absorptive capacity.Based on the 2000-2015 related data in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the current situation of the economic development of the third industry and the employment absorption capacity of the third industry in Xinjiang,and calculates the coefficient and index related to the employment absorption capacity of the third industry,including labor productivity,employment flexibility and structural deviation,and analyzes the employment potential of the third industry and its internal industries;Cointegration and Granger causality test and the construction of the error correction model of the economic development and employment absorption capacity of the third industry in Xinjiang,analyze the relationship between the economic development of the third industry and the employment absorption capacity of the third industry,and through the principal component factor analysis method to study the comprehensive ability of the employment absorption capacity of third industries in each region of Xinjiang;The input output method is used to analyze the strength of economic development and employment absorptive capacity of all sectors in Xinjiang's third industry.The conclusion is: compared with the development level of the whole country,the development level of the third industry in Xinjiang is still low,and the employment structure is lagging behind the industrial structure.The ability to solve the problem of employment is still limited.Third industry has been gradually optimized,and has become the largest industry of absorbing employment capacity in Xinjiang.In the third industry of Xinjiang,the proportion of employment in traditional service industry is decreasing,while the proportion of employment in modern service industry is on the rise.According to the conclusions obtained in this study,the following suggestions are put forward for the employment absorption capacity of the third industry in Xinjiang: to put "the economic development of the third industry" and "full employment" in the same position;to strengthen the support for the industry with strong employment capacity in the third industry;and to strengthen the underdeveloped areas of Xinjiang.The support of the third industry is to strengthen personnel training and optimize the employment environment.
