Analysis Of Employment Effect Of Industrial Structure Upgrade In Heilongjiang Provinc

Resource-based cities are dominated by mineral resources such as coal and natural resources,and these innate resource advantages have played a great role in urban development.However,both advantages and disadvantages are inevitable,because resource-based cities are often over-dependent on resource advantages,and resources are non-renewable,which leads to obstacles in the development of resourcebased cities,and also leads to many chain reactions,for example,the employment problem is serious.Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,solving the employment problem is imminent.Among them,upgrading industrial structure is one of the key means to solve the employment problem.Resources are non-renewable,which will undoubtedly become an obstacle to urban development.From the perspective of resource-based cities,the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and employment of resource-based cities in Heilongjiang province is analyzed by organically combining resource-based cities,industrial structure and employment structure.Firstly,descriptive analysis is made on the development status of industrial structure and employment structure of resourcebased cities in Heilongjiang Province,and the correlation between the output value of the three industries and the amount of employment is analyzed to study the absorptive capacity of the three industries for employment.Secondly,the employment regression function is derived from C-D production function,and a panel econometric model is established to quantify the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and employment structure.Finally,the panel error correction model is established to dynamically analyze the impact of industrial structure upgrading on employment,in order to provide reference for policy making,some suggestions are put forward based on the results.
