In 19 th CPC National Congress' s report,the party stressed people should be more satisfied,more secure and more sustainable with a sense of acquisition,happiness and security.It is one of the important means to stabilize the rural teachers' team to improve the sense of acquisition of rural small-scale school teachers,and it is helpful to the actual effect of rural teachers' policy making.Therefore,the research of rural small-scale school teachers' sense of acquisition is of policy importance.The value of the times,personal satisfaction and other aspects of research significance.This research adopts the literature method and the questionnaire survey method,supplemented by the interview method.With the help of SPSS22 software,the quantitative part is mainly based on the teachers' samples from 12 provinces and 31 districts,and the data obtained from the Bureau of Education and the school teachers interview are analyzed deeply.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' sense of acquisition.The results show that rural small-scale school teachers are relatively not satisfied with the needs of physiology,safety,attribution,love,respect and self actualization.At the same time,based on the theory of social comparison,through the further comparison with township teachers and urban teachers,it is found that there is little difference between the teachers in material acquisition,spiritual acquisition and their own professional identity.It also shows that teachers in rural small-scale schools are higher than teachers in urban areas in terms of living allowance.From the perspective of teachers' educational feelings,teachers in rural small-scale schools show a strong sense of dedication and a strong sense of responsibility.Based on the analysis of the present situation of teachers' sense of acquisition in rural small schools and the analysis of their interpretation path,this study attempts to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teachers' sense of acquisition in rural small-scale schools from three aspects: material acquisition,spiritual acquisition and their own professional identity.The first is to improve the living treatment so that teachers become an enviable profession;the second is to open the channels of career development to improve the sense of spiritual acquisition of teachers;third,to improve the teacher honor system and enhance teachers' professional identity.
