The advent of the era of big data,like the popularity of mobile Internet,not only to promote the revolution in information technology industry,but also lead the world in a variety of industries continue to change and innovation tool.With the rise of the data revolution in the world,web3.0 technology and the development of Internet of things technology and the development of cloud computing and artificial intelligence,human daily data generated in the constant accumulation.The use of a variety of data mining and analysis techniques to extract the potential value of massive data resources hidden,has become a field of data experts and researchers common demands.The same is true of the field of education.Learners produce a large number of learning data every day contains a huge teaching value,need to use appropriate technical tools for mining and extraction,in order to release the great potential behind the learning data,so as to give full play to the advantages of technology to promote learning to optimize the learning process,Improve the quality of learning.In this context,learning and analytics adapt to the times and came into being.The use of learning analysis of student data resources into valuable teaching and learning information,from which students learn the law and learning problems,predict the performance of students,for academic warning,teaching intervention and teaching decision-making to provide a scientific basis,to improve learning efficiency,improve the quality of learning,and achieve personalized learning.It is gradually subject to all the education workers in the high degree of attention.The core of this research is how to play the advantages of learning analytics,found that students may exist in the learning process of learning crisis,and timely to provide intervention support services to help students successfully complete the course and improve learning quality.First of all,the use of literature research summary of the learning analytics of the development of domestic and international status quo,elaborated related concepts and theoretical basis,including learning analysis,academic warning,learning performance and so on.Secondly,this paper uses a variety of learning analysis techniques and methods to collect,filter,analyze and explain the massive learning data generated during the student's online learning process,so as to determine the warning factors that have a significant impact on students' learning performance.Based on this,a cyclic iterative online learning intervention model is constructed.Finally,the model is introduced into the actual learning situation,and the effect of the intervention model is evaluated from the objective and subjective perspectives by using the learning analysis method and the questionnaire survey method.The results of the study show that by monitoring the six major learning activities that affect learning performance and analyzing these activity data,it is possible to find students who are in a learning crisis and to provide supportive services to them that are basically well feedback,which proves the effectiveness of the intervention model application.This study gives full play to the advantages of learning analytics to better promote students 'learning and improve the quality of students' learning,with a view to lay a solid foundation for the realization of personalized learning and lifelong learning,and provide the reference for the future research work of big data learning analytics.
