Abstract/Summary:
The dissertation is an auto-ethnographic story about field practicum experience of a MSW student.The story consisted of three parts,prequel(Qianzhuan),the practicum story(Zhengzhuan)and epilogue(Houzhuan).By narrating the author’s life experience and seven-year school life as a social work student to find out the relationship between structure factors and personal development.Focusing on the summer practice experience in the village in Hunan Province in 2017,the dissertation mainly describes the author ’difficulties during the process of social interaction so as to reflect the author’s professional identity query about caused by the collision between theoretical knowledge and practical activities.Epilogue narrating introspection field-practice.Thereason of author’s writing confusion,field practice difficulties and strongvillagecomplex lies in the lack of professional theoretical knowledges and practical skills.What’s more,the ingrained consciousness of unquestioned authority also limit author’s courage of self-expression.Through the output of these words,the author has a relatively clear knowledge and understand of self-development,social work.From the social environment in the field of practice to our domestic social environment,this thesis continually traces the effective connection from which derives the internal logic,trying to look at ourselves and social work in a larger field.By self-narrating,the author looks forward to all perception providing to those social workers who have been engaged in the frontline of rural work and to the researchers who are committed to the localization of social work.
