Research And Design Of University Teachers' Scientific Research Achievement Management System On Cloud Platform

For universities and teachers,scientific research is a very important work.With the increase of teachers' research results and the diversification of their types,it is very important for the management of teachers' scientific research achievements.And the current methods of management of scientific research results are manual management and some systems.But they can not meet the needs of efficient management,statistics and evaluation of scientific research results.In the process of managing the information of University Teachers' scientific research results,the detailed information of scientific research results will be recorded.There is also a difference in the demand for scientific research management by different users.The reasonable processing of these scientific research results will greatly accelerate the speed of information management of scientific research results.At the same time,the rapid development of cloud computing,the actual application of cloud media,cloud office,and so on,the convenience and impact of more and more people.Therefore,it is very important to study how to use the advantages of cloud computing and apply it to the management of scientific research results.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Analyze the real needs of the university teachers and other users to the management of scientific research results.This paper introduces the research status of cloud computing,including architecture,HDFS,MapReduce programming model,and three open source cloud platforms.And introduce the present situation of the management of scientific research results in Colleges and universities.And analyze the unique advantages of cloud computing in the management of scientific research results in Colleges and universities,and has a new understanding of the management of scientific research results by the cloud platform.(2)From the perspective of user role and authority,system architecture and business process,research achievement type,work module and database,this paper analyze and design the scientific research achievement management system of university teachers in cloud platform in detail.(3)By using AHP,the evaluation index system of teachers' performance based on scientific research results is established.And the evaluation system is used to evaluate the performance of scientific research results for teachers.The experimental results show that the evaluation results are in accordance with the actual situation.This evaluation system can provide support to the leadership in making relevant decisions.(4)Based on the BP neural network algorithm,the BP neural network model is established.This model is used to train the overall scientific research in Colleges and universities to classify colleges and universities.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the evaluation and classification of colleges and universities is 93%.
