Research On Scientific And Technological Achievement Transformation Of Universities Based On Knowledge Management

At present, universities and colleges are the main output and provider of scientific and technological achievements in China. Scientific and technological achievement transformation (STAT) of universities is really a kind of knowledge transfer, transformation and value-added process, therefore, it is necessary to implement knowledge management in the achievement transformation in order to smooth the knowledge flow in the process of STAT in universities, and promote the scientific and technological achievements. In this paper, STAT in universities is studied from the perspective of knowledge management on the following aspects:First of all, this paper introduced the current study situation as well as related theory of STAT in universities and knowledge management and constructed the system of STAT in universities based on knowledge management from the current situation of STAT in universities based on knowledge management.Secondly, this paper studied the organizational system of STAT in universities at home and abroad, pointed out the coordination, integration and optimization requirements among organizations, built a new kind of organization system by implementing knowledge management in STAT of universities. And the construction strategy of the virtual organization is put forward in the paper.Thirdly, knowledge identification system of STAT in universities is built, and the knowledge identification model based on degree of grey relationship is set up in this paper according to characteristics of identification system. Then knowledge depth development is studied in detail. According to risks of STAT in universities, risk evaluation index system is established and risk warning model based on neural network is set up as well.Fourthly, knowledge learning, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation of STAT in universities is studied in this paper. Knowledge sharing strategies of STAT in universities are given. Then three-stage knowledge innovation model of STAT in universities is set up, and knowledge innovative strategies of STAT in universities are given in this paper.Finally, evaluation system of STAT in universities based on knowledge management is given, and the evaluation model is set up based on fuzzy neural network in this paper. Then strategies to promote STAT in universities are given from the perspective of knowledge management.
