At a time when our country is in the process of transition from Planned economic system to Socialist market economy system, the market economy develops rapidly, the new social groups are growing.Compared with the traditional "unit" organizations such as party and government organs, public institutions,state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises, the new social groups appear in the labor departments, such as private enterprises, foreign enterprises and so on,thus they are also known as groups outside the institution. So what kind of social influence do these newly differentiated groups have in the current social pattern? This is an important issue rooted in the current social transformation period. The social transformation is accompanied by the emergence of this new group, which leads to the difference in objective status and subjective attitude of the groups inside and outside the institution, posing an unprecedented challenge to social integration.Altruistic behavior,as a kind of positive pro-social behavior, provides us with a perspective of the positive interaction between people, which is conducive to enhancing the interpersonal harmony, strengthening social solidarity and promoting social cohesion and integration. Therefore, this paper is based on the comparison of internal and external groups to explore the effects of group differentiation on altruistic behavior.According to the data of CSS2015 through empirical analysis, this paper explores two problems according to the relationship chain of "institution type ? psychological factors ? altruism behavior".First, through the comparison of institutional types and other variables to explore the factors that affect altruistic behavior;Second, adding variables of subjective psychological factors to find the path of realizing the influence of institutional factors on altruistic behavior. At the same time,as an indispensable link in this chain,I also added the relationship between institutional factors and psychological variables.Studies have shown that, first, the factors influencing altruistic behavior are not extensive.Gender, age, religion, household registration, income and education are not significant. The only two significant factors are the institutional factor and psychological factors, which confirms that the institutional factors have the characteristics of structural restraint and has a restraining effect on people's behavior;Second, psychological factors play an intermediary role in the path of the institutional influence on altruistic behavior.Institutional factors do affect altruistic behavior. However, the prerequisite for such an impact is whether such macroscopic institutional factors can be perceived by actors and translated into subjective psychological factors. When adding variables of psychological factors, the role of institutional factors was transferred,so showing seemingly irrelevant. In addition, this article also makes a distinction between psychological factors at different levels, including life satisfaction closed to the life level and social trust at the macro level. The psychological factors of the life level are weaker than the macro level, and they are sublimated in people's hearts. As a kind of transmission relationship,it constitutes a part of the psychological approach.Based on the above conclusions, this study argues that any kind of action involves its special structural background and the psychological factors of actors. In a specific institutional environment, actors should act in accordance with established norms, and at the same time, this institutional environment constructed the subjective psychological state of the actors.Studying different options for altruistic behavior of groups under different institutional types is to understand the specific institutional environment and special psychology of actors under certain social structures in choosing behavior. Therefore,we should strengthen altruism behavior from the institutional and ideological perspectives at the same time, promote altruism behavior, and guide people to form positive values and accelerate to building a harmonious society.
