With the deepening understanding of the theoretical and practical problems in the 100-meter sprint,a large number of experimental studies have proved that the main characteristics of the sprint technique are the extension of the hip and the active landing of the swing type.It is considered that the rapid force of large swing of hip axis is the main power source of running.The posterior femoral muscle group plays an important role in the process of folding forward pendulum and extending hip and active landing.In the support of sprint,the group of posterior femoris has the function of concentric contraction and extension of hip,and the function of concentric contraction of the group of posterior femoris and folding of lower leg in the stage of forward swinging.During the swinging-landing buffer phase,the posterior femoris muscles were centrifuged The function of squeezing the floor under the contraction and extension of the hip.Therefore,in daily training,we should scientifically and effectively select training methods and means according to the technical characteristics of sprint.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,video analysis,mathematical statistics,and so on,and selects several kinematics indexes which have direct influence on sprint performance.In order to improve the effectiveness and scientificalness of sprint training,this paper studies the influence of the resistance training of muscle group on the performance of 100 m sprint.The results show that:1.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the resistance training of the muscle group after supine pulling the femur in front of the swinging leg folded in front of the swinging leg.In the action stage,the angle velocity of the crus folding can be accelerated by the help of the elastic band,and the angle of the hip joint can be reduced at the highest point,the swing height of the swing leg can be increased,and the step length can be increased.The resistance of the elastic band can increase the strength of the posterior femoral muscle group,accelerate the angular velocity of the swinging leg,reduce the time of flight and speed up the step frequency.At the same time,through the help of elastic belt can speed up the leg forward and lower to do a quick swing "scrape ground" action.2.It can be concluded from the analysis that the step frequency and step length of the experimental group and the control group have been improved before and afterthe experiment,but the experimental group uses the supine pulling back muscle group.The increase of step frequency and stride length after resistance training was more obvious than that in control group.3.From the analysis of 4.5,it can be concluded that the 100 m scores of the experimental group and the control group have been improved,and the scores of the experimental group and the control group have been tested by t test(P < 0.05).Compared with the traditional training methods,the results of the former are higher and the training effect is better.
