| For a long time,the training mode of our country professional basketball league basically is the club training their own reserve forces.These athletes left the school education early to enter the professional league,the drawbacks of this training mode have been exposed gradually: the athletes encounter the difficulties of recruiting for lack of knowledge in the future.With the development of society,the nationwide system of concentrating efforts on major issues has been gradually diluted.In the 1980 s,China put forward "combination of sports and education." It is a new historical measure to strengthen the school sports,promote quality-oriented education and youth training,and provide the high-quality laborers and outstanding sports reserve for country.China University Basketball Association(CUBA)came into being in advocating "the combination of sports and education".CUBA is sponsored by the China University Sports Association whose purpose is to "develop university basketball,training basketball talent",it takes association as a leader,and take the socialization and industrialization mode of operation as a means to establish and improve primary-middle school-college basketball talent training system,which accord with the personnel growth and the law of education.In this paper,the author take the 17 th ~ 19 th CUBA top 8 strong teams as the research object,and use the literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,logical analysis of university basketball talent training mode to study the status quo of transportation,conduct a logical analysis combined with the results of the questionnaire and comparative analysis with the NCAA in the United States,finally summed up the CUBA to CBA delivery of outstanding players of the influencing factors and propose appropriate countermeasures.By reading a large amount of literature and communicating with experts,compare the CUBA players and CBA professional players’ data are to summarize the factors that mainly affect CUBA’s ability to deliver talent to CBA which mainly divided into following: athletes own competitive level and ability,college students psychological factors,personnel training and security system,league management system,personnel delivery mechanism.The main conclusions of this study are:Firstly,CUBA athletes and professional players differ greatly in physical fitness and athletic ability.This is the main reason that a large number of CUBA players cannot enter the higher platform.Secondly,the heart factors of CUBA players often affect whether they choose to enter the professional team in the future.These factors come from the traditional concept of themself,school and family.Thirdly,the imperfections of CUBA’s talent training system have restricted its ability to deliver large numbers of players to professional teams.University coaches for lack of knowledge reserves,colleges and universities in sports funding and league funding is not sufficient.Fourthly,the internal management system of CUBA is not perfect.In some rules and regulations,professional players are restricted from entering colleges and universities,and sports and education are in a state of separation.Fifthly,the draft system introduced by the CBA is incomplete,the minimum guaranteed wage is low,some rules are vague,These problems are not conducive to the benign development of the draft system and are likely to cause brain drain.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen physical training for college students and develop individualized cultural courses for athletes;set up special sports scholarships to encourage athletes to learn and train,change the concept of students and parents;improve the coaching level of college coaches,and increase the allocation of sports funds to colleges and universities.Market-oriented operation;cancel the registration of player limits,so that the combination of sports and education;increase CBA draft propaganda,improve the draft system. |
