The ministry of education issued and implemented the "compulsory education primary science curriculum standards",which once again set off a new round of reform in China's primary science education in 2017.Since the release of this new standard,the science education learners in various regions have studied and researched it,and many scholars have published the personal experiences,the interpretation of the new curriculum standards and the series of speculation and views on which challenge and effect the primary school science education will face after the implementation of the new curriculum standards.The return of the first and second grade of primary school is a clear and significant change in the new curriculum standards,so how is it going to be in the schools when the new curriculum standards begin to be implemented.Therefore,to study the status of the first grade science education in primary school,we can not only learn the actual situation and effect of the first grade scientific education after the implementation of the new curriculum standard.And then we can find out whether there are some unadapted problems or something needs to improve in the process of implementation and promotion.Thus we could clarify the key problems and try to analyze the development countermeasures,so as to promote the reform of primary school science curriculum.And we can also enrich the relevant research theories of the current situation of science education in China.This study designed and used three tools,questionnaire,field observation and interview,to study the first grade science teachers and the first grade students of three primary schools in Shangcheng District,Hangzhou of Zhejiang province.The survey based on the current situation of the first grade science class in primary school,the basic situation of teachers,teachers' understanding and learning situation of the newcurriculum standards,the teaching situation of science class and the situation of students' science learning.The paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the education development at primary schools in the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou,and analyzed the actual cases in the school,finally tried to put forward corresponding development strategies and suggestions in school for the implementation of the first grade science education for reference.
