Research On Practical Problems Of Reverse Labour Dispatch

The legal effect of reverse labor dispatch and its effect on the labor market in our country are the problems that experts and scholars have been studying.Because the legislation has not yet regulated the reverse dispatch,the employer tends to choose and the labor dispatch unit colludes to avoid the risk and reduce the labor cost by the reverse labor dispatch.How to regulate reverse labor dispatch and how to protect the workers 'rights in reverse labor dispatch are urgent problems to be solved.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the actual cases of reverse labor dispatch and how to operate reverse labor dispatch in practice.Based on the existing domestic and foreign laws and the legal theory,this paper puts forward the methods and opinions to solve the existing problems of reverse labor dispatch system.This article is divided into four parts: the causes of the reverse labor dispatch system,the legal effect of the reverse labor dispatch,the real case analysis,and the existing problems and countermeasures of the reverse labor dispatch,put forward to improve thelegislation,expand labor dispatch worker concept of equal pay to standardize the reverse labor dispatch behavior.It is hoped that it can provide effective suggestions for solving the existing problems of reverse labor dispatch,standardize the order of the labor market and protect the interests of the workers.
