Entry education is an important stage for the development of teachers' Specialization.But There are few studies on the entry education professional teachers of vocational high schools.Based on literature,investigation and case study,this study is to understand the implementation of entry education for professional teachers of vocational high schools in Wenshan,Yunnan,analyze the existing problems and causes,and put forward countermeasures.There ara some problems: vocational education plan is not clear;The lack of targeted content;Single form,lack of effective;Evaluation mechanism is not reasonable;New professional teachers in their professional development consciousness is weak etc.The following are the reasons: Not enough attention is paid to the education of professional teachers;The lack of scientific guidance,to make reasonable plan of entry education;Blindly copying high school teachers' entry education mode,no school-based research;New professional teachers teaching tasks are heavy,large number confusion,no extra effort to accept vocational education.In order to improve the entry education of professional high school teachers,the author suggests that it should be improved from two aspects of school and new teachers.At the school level : According to the perplexity of the needs of school education and the perplexity of the new professional teachers,the implementation plan of the entry education is formulated;According to the actual needs of the school and the professional development needs of the professional teachers,the content of the entry education is scientifically formulated;The entry education of professional teachers is carried out in various forms of implementation,such as pair assistance,school-based training,and network support;Improving the evaluation of entry education.At the level of teachers: Setting up a good sense of professional development and formulating a perfect professional development plan;Conscientiously strengthen the theory of education;Combining learning with teaching practice and student management,guiding practice with theory and strengthening theory with practice;Positive reflection,and timely feedback the result of reflection to the main body of entry education.
